The challenge

We start with the real problem

Clear problem framing first — then a solution designed to remove friction for users and operators.

Problem

What was broken

Patients needing urgent or chronic medications often face long pharmacy queues, difficulty locating open on-call pharmacies, and physical mobility constraints. Traditional delivery channels lack certified medical handling, privacy assurances, and automated coverage validation.

Solution

How we fixed it

We built Delimed, a mobile-first healthcare ecosystem with bilingual support (EN/FR) featuring secure prescription uploading, real-time pharmacy geolocation, integrated third-party payment processing, and live courier tracking to ensure safe, confidential, and compliant medication delivery directly to patient doorsteps.

Delimed is an end-to-end medical logistics and express pharmacy delivery application designed to simplify access to healthcare products. The platform connects patients with local licensed pharmacies, streamlines digital prescription submission with full privacy guarantees, supports regional third-party payment coverage ('tiers-payant'), and orchestrates real-time delivery tracking in sealed, temperature-controlled isothermal packaging.

01

Digitizing Pharmacy Access & Prescription Logistics

Accessing essential prescription drugs and health items can often be cumbersome for patients dealing with illness or mobility constraints. Delimed bridges the physical gap between certified neighborhood pharmacies and patients by introducing a direct, confidential express delivery service.

The application provides a seamless discovery experience. Users can search nearby pharmacies, view operational hours (including 24/7 on-call pharmacies), and check for 'tiers-payant' insurance acceptance before initiating their order.

To process prescriptions online, the app includes a secure digital upload flow. Patients simply take a photo of their doctor's note or upload a PDF document, which is transmitted directly to the selected pharmacist for verification and preparation.

02

Confidential Handling & Real-Time Tracking Engine

Patient privacy is at the core of Delimed's design. All medical products are dispatched in opaque, sealed, and temperature-regulated isothermal packages to protect drug efficacy and maintain absolute patient confidentiality during transit.

The platform utilizes real-time geolocation services paired with WebSockets to keep patients updated every step of the way—from prescription receipt and pharmacist preparation to courier pick-up and live map navigation.

03

Bilingual Support & Universal Accessibility

To cater to diverse patient populations and international residents, Delimed incorporates native bilingual support for French and English.

The user experience is tuned for legibility, low cognitive strain, and clear step-by-step guidance, making health ordering effortless for patients of all ages.
